Mark helped me sell a house in 7 Lakes and purchase a condo in Pinehurst. I asked him “ How do you know me without knowing me?” He is a quick read when it comes to people. He knew EXACTLY what I would like and just showed me what I would like. Mark is very knowledgeable about the area and was always honest as to what needed to be done on the house we sold and knew exactly what we needed to offer the seller of the condo to get it for me! Mark is very caring, calm and I never saw him concerned about anything. He is very confident and knows the rules. We were dealing with an agent that was green behind the ears and Mark dealt with him in such a professional way when I just wanted to slap him! Professional and knowledgeable are two words that apply to Mark. He is as good as they get. I would highly recommend him to anyone without any reservation! The RE/MAX staff were also very professional and always there to help. Kudos to themselves as well!
