The morning that I arrived at your business the experience was incredible. I was introduced and then assigned to a RE/MAX agent named Lari Dirkmaat. Ms. Dirkmaat worked around the clock locating that unique listing that I wanted. She was very pleasant to work with and assured me that she could meet the challenge. In a very short time she located a diamond in the rough as she promised. Ms. Dirkmaat delivered everything I was looking for and more. She is a very dedicated agent that I would highly recommend to any of my friends who are looking for that special home. I also had the pleasure of working with your closing coordinator Lin Bourgon. Ms. Bourgon is a very attention to detail person, which was really impressive. She e-mailed me anytime there were changes or if she felt I should need to know the present status of the listing. I was always clear as to where we stood with the closing. We only had a very limited window of time to look at houses and had made an appointment to see a house we had found on-line. We didn’t like it in person, but our agent had seen another house on-line but could not arrange an appointment so we did a drive-by and as luck would have it the owner was coming out of the house. Our agent approached her and got permission to view the house, and that’s the one we bought. The agent’s flexibility and tenacity gained us entrance. The rest of the team worked very well in getting the inspections and closing arranged and everything was seamless.
