Our home buying experience with Lari was incredible. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding properties, schools, businesses, and tax breakdowns within Moore County. My wife and I conducted the majority of our house hunting from out of state. Lari was more than willing to provide in-depth write ups and photographs about properties we were interested in. As we came under contract, Lari visited the property several times using FaceTime to show us developments real time. Our experience started about four years ago when we purchased our home. We had a different agent, but Martha was the seller's agent. She showed very strong negotiation skills and it was apparent that she was not afraid to "fight" for her client. Even though it ended up costing us a few extra dollars, but my wife and I knew that if we ever decided to sell our home, Martha would be our choice. That's why when we decided to list, we only made one phone call...to Martha.

We were first time home buyers and had recently moved to this area. Ginger helped us feel at ease with the whole process, her knowledge of the area was very helpful! what you should know,
my wife and i planned a trip to look for a retirement home in virginia and north carolina, we enlisted the help of 5 agents along the route. toward the end of the trip i saw a home that had not been listed previously. after convincing my wife to go a little further into north carolina i called Beverly, who was not an agent we had on our list. Beverly was the consummate professional and agreed to meet us on less than 8 hour notice. she was extremely knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area of seven lakes.WE PURCHASED THE HOUSE.it did not end there as the purchase was not an easy one, in fact we actually gave up on the property for a period of 1 month. Beverly represented us on our recent purchase and she was just great. Very patient, understood what we were looking for, and when we found it gave good advice on how to accomplish our objectives. We should have listed with your company several years ago because Martha Gentry provided a much more intensive marketing and sales effort than in the past with other companies. The follow through on feedback from showing was more timely, the market data provided on a regular basis was more comprehensive, and the prospects that were generated were better matched to the profile of a likely buyer.

We could not be more happy with the home we finally are settled into nor the selling of our 7LW place. I find no reason to not do our real estate business again with your agency but give us another ten years at least! All moves are a killer especially when one becomes a super senior and I now have aches that seem to be permanent.
Without a doubt your marketing is superb and our agent Rose Marie worked tirelessly for us with her finding our place as a new listing during the snow storm; we easily could still be looking, gag! All told the association with your entire staff was most cordial and kudos to each of them and the part they all played in our search; you have a good crew!
Finally, we think the world of Jerry Surface who also went above and beyond in securing our loan and made it happen with little time to affect it to completion!

Ginger was an absolute joy to work with! She came to me through the recommendation of the agent helping to sell my home in another state. I'm so glad we connected because she really helped to make our search for a new home enjoyable. She arranged showings for homes I asked to see but then also made recommendations on others she thought I might like. She was always very responsive to my emails and texts. She even worked it out to work with me on very short notice for my initial visit to the area. Ginger is fun, personable and a pleasure to be around but she's also very knowledgeable about the area and the market. She provided me with market analysis reports on properties I was interested in and was helpful in providing other information to help us in our decision making. As it turned out, the negotiations for our preferred property became quite time sensitive and a bit tricky since there was another offer on the table. Ginger was there for us late into the evening and helped us navigate through it all beautifully. She got us our home and we couldn't be happier! Lari and Ginger were extremely helpful and sensitive to my needs in making the process as easy as possible. My situation was such that the process could have been very difficult.
