Martha Gentry's Team exceeded our expectations. We had several challenges obtaining the loan in a timely manner and Rose Marie worked with the builder so we could move in prior to closing. This was a big plus! Lin provided valuable services in working with the loan dept. and providing us access to a printer and fax machine. Without the efforts of Martha's Team I am not sure the move would have gone as smoothly as it did.

We had our home listed with a different broker for about 8 months before calling Martha Gentry. I made the call because we really needed to move this property and read her sales record. She was extremely helpful and worked quickly and efficiently to get the house sold. It was sold, in my opinion, in record time. Her staff is courteous and communicated with us on a regular basis. When something important needed to be discussed we got a call from Martha Gentry directly. I would recommend her "Selling Team" to anyone interested in a professional, top notch agency.
We had an attorney represent us at settlement, since we are no longer in the area. In the process of preparing for settlement our attorney passed away suddenly. We were put in touch with another attorney and the settlement went on without any difficulties.
We spoke with Lin and Beth in the office and were always treated with courtesy. Lin handled many of the details of settlement and contracts and did a wonderful and thorough job of keeping us up to date and even sent us mail that had been left in our mailbox.
Living in Iowa and having a home for sale in NC was a big stress for me. I worried about it being vacant and having something happen to it while no one was there to check on it. The longer our home was on the market the greater the worry became. Martha Gentry and her team really did perform for us and got the house sold in what seemed like no time flat.

Martha has a very efficient "remote" operation for sellers that have already left the area. We never had to return to Pinehurst and all transactions were done over the internet. It made it very convenient, especially since we were in Hawaii.

We recently purchased a house in Pinehurst NC and worked with ReMax Prime Properties, specifically with Lari Dirkmaat of Martha Gentry's Home Selling Team. We first met Lari approximately four years ago and told her of our desire to live in Pinehurst and related to her that certain criteria needed to come together in our lives in order to make that a reality.
