Selling and buying a home is stressful; it was less so because of Martha and her team. Their professional approach sold me on them at the first meeting. They had a realistic assessment of the housing market in our area and in other parts of the country that feed into Moore County. They developed quality marketing materials and showcased them with a top-notch on-line presence. Her dedicated staff followed up on all showings and provided constant feedback as well as helped me manage all those pesky closing details.

The thing I appreciated the most about our agent (Lari) was she knew what was on my list & didn't deviate from it. She didn't try to sell me a house that she thought was "best" for us. From the receptionist who is always pleasant and remembers you, the weekly inspection of your vacant property to determine all is ok, the excellent sales team who brought numerous potential buyers in for showings, the closing specialist that continually advises you of the closing process to Martha herself that always produces 110% effort.
