Martha clearly spends the time to be extremely knowledgeable regarding big picture real estate issues and trends. This is key to having a winning strategy.
Martha's staff is absolutely second to none. All inspection issues and closing documents were handled with care and speed. If this can be done better I have never seen it in over 40 years of real estate transaction experience.

Lari Dirkmaat was outstanding in being available to us when we wanted to look at any house we were interested in. We never felt rushed or that we were ever "next on a list".
