In a tightened housing market we knew selling our home would be difficult. After 6 months on the market prior, Martha had her hands full when she took on the task of selling our home. After the switch, the difference was clear. We had immediate/prompt attention, weekly inspections of our home and buyers feedback after every single showing! We were not in the dark about what buyers were saying we needed to change. After a short time, our house sold - close to all our asking price. To top it all off, Martha was personally available to help " talk me off a ledge" when I began to feel anxious about the market turning around. I am still waiting on an invoice for the therapy sessions. Amazing Realtor/Amazing Team.

This is one of the times that your advertisement does not show the wonderful group you all are. With all our moving,living in another country, traveling, documents, my wife in another country, was not easy.
