Having just contracted for a new home in Pinehurst I would like to offer my opinions on the quality of the realtor. The Martha Gentry Home Selling Team (no relation), represented by Ms. Lari Dirkmaat, has my highest recommendation as a company with which to do business.
Ms. Dirlmaat was tireless in assuring our every need was met. She could answer every question. Having properly perceived our wants, Lari determined our best direction was to build a new home. She is freely spending much more time in assuring our satisfatin than if we had purchased an existing residence, at much less commission. With the total support of Ms. Martha Gentry, Lari demonstrates the best and most comfortable environment for serious residential investment.
If you don't purchase a home through this team, you probably don't need one.

The manner in which you, as a true team, took over the sale of our home here in Longleaf was truly amazing. In the midst of photographers, measurements, house detail discovery, you listed the house and had it sold with 8 days; even before the detailed listing was finished and up on your WEB-page. Moving is often an emotional,trying experience, but no more so than when you are trying to assist elderly parents with a long distance transaction. Prior to listing their home with your office, I conducted my own reseach as to who would be the best realtor to work with. This started with my contacting my local Re/Max office here in Newburyport, and enlisting their help to find the "top" producer in the Pinehurst area. All research led to you, and your wonderful team of experts.
The kindness and support offered by you and your team to my parents have truly impressed all the McSweeney family. The advice and guidance throughout the entire transaction was exemplary. Marie Hemer proved to be my best ally to get my parents through the final details, and she was great to work with!
