It was such a pleasure to work with the Martha Gentry team. We came from another state and another realtor whom we felt spoiled us. Now we realize that being spoiled is the norm for surperb realtors. Lari and Marie sat down the morning of closing and went through the Good Faith Esimate and the HUD-1, made several phone calls and did everything they could to reduce my final closing costs. I wouldn't have been able to close if they hadn't worked so hard! I'm a 36 year old, single mother of 4 and this is the first house I've ever owned, and it's all because of you! Martha Gentry's Home Selling Team was so efficient and so aware of potential buyers, that our home was sold before we could put a "For Sale" sign up in our yard. We listed and sold our home, at the asking price, in less than 12 hours.
